Notesonconnectors
Eachconnectorhasit'sownassignedRX/TXfrequenciesandmodemmodes.Thesefrequenciesandmodem
modeswillbeusedwhentheconnectorbecomesactivated.
SomeconnectorshaveAddserverandRemovebuttons.Thesecanbeusedtoaddandremovecustomservers
intheserverlist.Notethatthesecustomserversarestoredinthebrowser'slocalstorage(theywon'tshowup
usinganotherbrowser).
SomeconnectorshaveaKeepaliveintervalsetting.ThismeanstheserverrequirestheopenSPOT3to
periodicallysendkeepalivemessagestotheserver.TheRXtimeoutsettingspecifiesthetimeafterthelast
receivedvalidnetworkpacketneededfortheopenSPOT3toconsidertheconnectionisdeadanditshould
reconnect.IftheopenSPOT3frequentlydisconnectsfromtheserver,tryincreasingtheRXtimeout.
IfaconnectorhasboththeKeepaliveintervalandRXtimeoutsettings,thenmakesuretheRXtimeoutissetto
agreatervaluethanthe*Keepaliveinterval.
TheConnectretryintervalsetsthedelaybetweenserverconnectretries.
Asageneralrule,trytouseaservernearesttoyourlocationtoavoidpacketlossandhighlatency.
