(8) Enter "900" at "EX PULSE", and irradiate the red light (approx. 630 nm) on the cell position
target jig.
(9) Loosen the set screw in the figure below, and adjust the grating in the ruling direction so that
the red light is aligned with the cross mark position of the cell position target jig in the vertical
direction.
(10) Enter "-900" at "EX PULSE" (display changes to "EX PULSE 211"), return the grating to the
original 0-order light position, and check the light flux position again. If the light flux is out of
position, repeat steps (6) to (10).
