After installation and following every de-installation and reinstallation of the ultrasonic
transducers, the leak tightness must be appropriately checked. During operation, the leak
tightness must be periodically checked and the seals replaced if necessary. After de-
installation and before every reinstallation the seals must be replaced according to the orig-
inal assembly. Seals can be ordered from SICK (part number and serial number from type
plate at Signal Processing Unit).
