NOTICE:
The FLOWSIC600-XT with intrinsically safe inputs and outputs (Ex ia version)
contains a shunt Zener diode barrier. Grounding the FLOWSIC600-XT must
satisfy the requirements for grounding intrinsically safe power circuits in
compliance with IEC 60079-14.
For intrinsically safe installation of FLOWSIC600-XT measurement devices,
SICK recommends the use of the SICK FLPS multibarrier as multi-channel
supply and input isolation amplifier.
