3.7.3.3 Read Holding Register (0x03)
The Modbus-RTU interface register structure comprises all measured values and
associated measured value status. The coding of the measured value status behaves
synchronous to the measured value status of the PROFIBUS interface, see “Coding of mea-
sured value status of visibility”, page 43.

Register 123 contains information on the actual degree of contamination of the optics for
visibility measurement.
