9. Loose or broken wire #02 in main harness cable
or its connectors.
Check for continuity between pin #23 on
main harness connector and rotate right/ jib
down connector. Check for loose or corroded
connections on cable connectors. Replace if wire is
defective.
10. Defective platform rotate right/ jib down valve coil
5H-34.
Check continuity and resistance through coil.
Replace if defective.
4.3-26 No Jib Up from the Base Control Console
1. Loose or broken wire #10A from base terminal
block to relay 36CR1.
Check continuity. Replace if defective.
2. Loose or broken wire #10C from relay 36CR1 to
jib up switch S17.
Check continuity. Replace if defective.
3. Defective jib up switch S17. Check continuity through switch while activating jib
up function between wires #10C and #35A. If no
continuity found, replace switch.
4. Loose or broken wire #35A from jib up switch
S17 to diode D35A.
Check continuity. Replace if defective.
5. Open or defective diode D35A. Check diode. Replace if defective.
6. Loose or broken wire #35 from diode D35A to
platform rotate switch S16.
Check continuity. Replace if defective.
4.3-27 No Jib Down from the Base Control Console
1. Loose or broken wire #10A from base terminal
block to relay 36CR1.
Check continuity. Replace if defective.
2. Loose or broken wire #10C from relay 36CR1 to
jib down switch S17.
Check continuity. Replace if defective.
3. Defective jib down switch S17. Check continuity through switch while activating jib
down function between wires #10C and #34A. If no
continuity found, replace switch.
4. Loose or broken wire #34A from jib down switch
S17 to diode D34A.
Check continuity. Replace if defective.
5. Open or defective diode D34A. Check diode. Replace if defective.
6. Loose or broken wire #34 from diode D34A to
platform rotate switch S16.
Check continuity. Replace if defective.
