Hoeing elements can have track discs

instead of the support wheels
or in addition to the support wheels. Long track discs have two xed
height positions.

Dismantle the pin

2. Move the track disc retainer.

Insert the pin at a dierent position

4. Secure the pin with a linch pin.
INFORMATION
Short track discs are not height adjustable.
The track discs exert pressure on the ground, thereby keeping to the
track. The user can adjust the pressure via a spring:
n Higher pressure for hard soil: The track disc breaks up the topsoil.
n Lower pressure for soft soil: The track disc does NOT sink into the
ground.
Pressure adjustment is identical for the short and long track disc. To
adjust the spring

Rotate the crank

clockwise.

The spring tension is increased. The pressure is increased.
Rotate the crank

anticlockwise.
ð
The spring tension is relieved. The pressure is relieved.
