implementingandcommunicatingsafetyconceptsfortheirproducts,andarealsoresponsible
fortheeffectivenessofthosesafetyconceptsincombinationwiththeStonex
®
product.
Personinchargeoftheproduct
Thepersoninchargeoftheproducthasthefollowingduties:
• Tounderstandthesafetyinstructionsontheproductandtheinstructionsintheuser
manual.
• Tobefamiliarwithlocalregulationsrelatingtosafetyandaccidentprevention.
•ToinformStonex
®
immediatelyiftheproductandtheapplicationbecomesunsafe.
• Toensurethatthenationallaws,regulationsandconditionsfortheoperationofradio
transmittersarerespected.


Thepersonresponsiblefortheproductmustensurethatitisusedinaccordancewiththe
instructions.Thispersonisalsoaccountableforthetrainingandthedeploymentofpersonnel
whousetheproductandforthesafetyoftheequipmentinuse.
