Beforeshippingtheproductordisposingofit,dischargethebatteriesbyrunningtheproduct
untiltheyareflat.
Whentransportingorshippingbatteries,thepersoninchargeoftheproductmustensurethat
theapplicablenationalandinternationalrulesandregulationsareobserved.Beforetranspor‐
tationorshippingcontactyourlocalpassengerorfreighttransportcompany.


Precautions:
Protectthebatteriesfrommechanicalinfluencesandhighambienttemperatures.Donotdrop

Ifbatteryterminalscomeincontactwithjewellery,keys,metallisedpaperorothermetals,
shortcircuitedbatteryterminalscanoverheatandcauseinjuryorfire,forexamplebystoring
ortransportinginpockets.
Precautions:
Makesurethatthebatteryterminalsdonotcomeintocontactwithmetallicobjects.


Iftheproductisimproperlydisposedof,thefollowingcanhappen:
• Ifpolymerpartsareburnt,poisonousgasesareproducedwhichmayimpairhealth.
• Ifbatteriesaredamagedorareheatedstrongly,theycanexplodeandcausepoisoning,
burning,corrosionorenvironmentalcontamination.
• Bydisposingoftheproductirresponsiblyyoumayenableunauthorisedpersonstouseit
incontraventionoftheregulations,exposingthemselvesandthirdpartiestotheriskof
