Innagator | Technical Pack18
Construction
The container will be meticulously constructed using robust steel frames, featuring fully vertical-corrugated
steel sides and a front wall. At the rear end, it will have horizontal-corrugated steel double doors for con-
venientaccess.Thecontainerwillalsoincludeanopenablehardroofframeandcornerttingsforsecure
handling and transportation.
To ensure optimal strength and durability, all exterior welds, including the base frames, will be meticulous-
ly performed using continuous welding techniques with CO2 gas. For necessary interior welds, a stitching
method will be employed with a minimum stitch length of 15 mm, ensuring structural integrity and minimiz-
ing potential weak points.
The gaps between adjacent components to be welded will be strictly controlled, not exceeding 3 mm or the
thickness of the parts being welded. This meticulous approach guarantees a tight and secure construction.
To enhance the container's water tightness, chloroprene sealant will be carefully applied at the periphery
oftheoorsurfaceandinsideunweldedseams.Additionally,butylsealantwillbeusedtocaulktheinvisible

moisture ingress.
The internal bend radii of pressed sections of steel will be designed to be not less than 1.5 times the thick-
ness of the materials being pressed. This ensures structural integrity, prevents stress concentrations, and
maintains the overall strength of the container.
Byadheringtothesestringentconstructionspecications,thecontainerwillmeetthehigheststandardsof
durability, water tightness, and structural integrity, ensuring reliable performance in various transportation
and storage scenarios.

At maximum payload, no part of the container will extend below the plane formed by the lower faces of the
bottomcornerttings,evenduringmaximumdeection.Thisensuresthatthecontainerremainswithinsafe
limits and prevents any protrusions that may interfere with handling or transportation.
Under a load of 1.8 times the maximum gross weight, no part of the container will protrude more than 6.0

the container maintains its structural integrity and dimensional stability even under increased stress.
