Arrangements
To comply with various requirements and regulations, the containers will be marked as follows:
 ISO, CSC, TCT, and TIR markings will be applied in accordance with the respective standards and regula-
tions.
 Owner'sspecicmarkingsandspecicationswillbeincluded.
 All other required markings and labels will be applied as necessary.
Markings
Materials
The marking materials will consist of the following:
 Decal:Aself-adhesive,hightensilePVClmwillbeusedforthedecals.Thesedecalswillbedesignedto
withstandtheelementsandensureaguaranteeofseven(7)yearswithoutpeelingo,tenting,orcolor
fading.
 Certication plate:Stainlesssteelplateswillbeutilizedforthecerticationplates.Theseplateswill
undergo chemical etching using acid, ensuring durability and legibility.
Specications
Themarkingspecicationswilladheretothefollowingguidelines:
 Identication Plates: A consolidated data plate, which includes the necessary information for CSC and
TIR compliance, will be securely riveted on the door using stainless steel rivets. To provide additional
protection, the entire periphery of the plate, except the underside, will be caulked with sealant.
 Serial Numbers: The owner's serial numbers and manufacturer's serial numbers will be stamped on the
topfaceofthebottomrearcornertting.Thiswillenableeasyidenticationandtrackingofthecontain-
er.
Theprototypecontainer,constructedinstrictaccordancewiththespecicationsoutlinedinthisdocument,
willundergorigoroustesting.Themanufacturerwillconductthesetestsunderthesupervisionoftheclassi-
cation society to ensure compliance and quality assurance.
The prototype testing will involve comprehensive assessments and evaluations to verify that the container
meetstherequiredstandardsandspecications.Theclassicationsocietywillcloselymonitorthetesting
process to provide expert oversight and ensure adherence to industry regulations.
Through prototype testing, the container's performance, durability, structural integrity, and other essential
factorswillbethoroughlyexamined.Thisrigorousevaluationwillhelpconrmthatthecontainermeetsthe
necessary standards for safe and reliable operation.
Themanufacturer,incollaborationwiththeclassicationsociety,willanalyzethetestresultstoidentifyany
areasforimprovementoradjustmentsneededtomeetthespeciedrequirements.Thisiterativeprocess
ensuresthatthenalcontainerdesignachievesthedesiredperformanceandcomplieswithallnecessary
regulations.
