thick hot rolled channel section steel. These elements are continuously welded together to provide max-
imumdooropeningwidthandsucientstrengthagainststackingandrackingforces.Additionally,ve
sets of hinge pin lugs are welded to each rear corner post to facilitate smooth door operation.

The rear end frame of each container will be equipped with one wing door capable of swinging approximate-
ly 270 degrees, providing convenient access for loading and unloading operations.
The door structure consists of two wing doors at the rear end frame, with each door designed to swing
approximately270degrees,allowingforeasyaccessandecientcargohandling.Eachdoorisconstructed
using durable materials and robust welding techniques. The door consists of two 150x50x50x3.0 mm thick
pressed channel section steel horizontal frames for the top and bottom, two 100x50x3.2 mm thick rectangu-
lar hollow section vertical frames for the post side and center side of the door, and a 2.0 mm thick horizon-
tally corrugated steel door panel. These components are continuously welded within the frames to ensure
strength and structural integrity.
The doors are equipped with two sets of galvanized locking assemblies, featuring secure cam & keeper,
forgedsteelhandles,andatwo-pointsealingsystem.Theselockingassembliesarettedtoeachdoorusing
stainless steel Huck bolts. Locking bar retainers are equipped with nylon bushings at the top, bottom, and
intermediate bracket. The locking gears are assembled after the painting of the container, ensuring optimal
functionality and security.
To provide a secure hold-back mechanism, a door hold-back of nylon rope is attached to the center locking
bar of each door. Additionally, a hook made of steel bar is welded to each bottom side rail to keep the door
securelyinplacewhenopen.Thedoorsaresuspendedbyvehinges,eachequippedwithstainlesssteel
pins, self-lubricating nylon bushings, and stainless steel washers. These hinges are placed at the hinge lugs of
the rear corner posts, ensuring smooth operation and long-lasting performance.
The door gasket is made of an extruded J&C-type EPDM rubber and is installed to the door peripheral
frames using stainless steel gasket retainers. Before installation, the gasket and retainers are caulked with
butylsealantforenhancedsealingeectiveness.Thegasketisfastenedtotheframesusingstainlessrivetsat
a pitch of 150 mm, ensuring a secure and watertight seal.

roof panels, creating a sturdy and reliable sub-assembly.
The roof panel is constructed using 2.0 mm thick die-stamped steel sheets, which have an upward smooth
camber of approximately 6.0 mm. These steel sheets are welded together to form one panel and continu-
ously welded to the top side rails and top end rails, ensuring structural integrity. All overlapped joints of the
inside unwelded seams are caulked with chloroprene sealant, providing additional weather resistance.
Roof Structure
Each top side rail is made of a 80x60x3.0 mm thick rectangular tube, providing strength and stability to the
container structure.
