Furthermore,thecornerttingswillbemanufacturedatworksthathavereceivedapprovalfromtheclassi-
cationsociety.Thisensuresthatthemanufacturingprocessmeetstherequiredqualitystandardsandthat
thecornerttingsareproducedwithprecisionandadherencetothespecieddesigncriteria.
By conforming to ISO 1161 standards and utilizing approved manufacturing facilities, the container's corner
ttingsguaranteecompatibility,reliability,andcompliancewithindustryregulations.
Corner Fittings
Base frame will be composed of two bottom side rails and nineteen cross members.
Thebaseframeofthecontainerwillconsistoftwobottomsiderails.Eachbottomsiderailhasaspecic
composition:
One bottom side rail is constructed using a single-piece cold-formed channel section steel with dimen-
sions of 50x162x30x4.5 mm.
The other bottom side rail is created by welding together a cold-formed channel section steel with di-
mensions of 50x162x30x4.5 mm and a rectangular tube with dimensions of 80x160x6.0 mm.
Tosecuretheoorguiderails,whicharemadeof3.0mmthickpressedanglesectionsteel,theyareat-
tachedtothebottomsiderailsusingstaggeredstitchwelding.Thelowerangeofthebottomsiderailis
designed to be outward-facing, facilitating the easy removal of cross members during repairs and reducing
susceptibility to corrosion.
Additionally,reinforcementplatesmadeof4.0mmthickatsteelareweldedtothebottomcornerttings,
enhancing the overall strength and durability of the container.
The cross members of the container are constructed using pressed channel section steel with dimensions of
122x40x4.0mmfortheoorbuttjoints.Thesecrossmembersarestrategicallypositionedtoproviderobust
supportandstrengthenthecontainer'sooring.Theyareweldedsecurelytoeachbottomsiderail,ensuring
structural integrity.
Byemployingthesespeciccompositionsandconstructionmethodsforthebaseframeandcrossmembers,
the container guarantees superior strength, stability, and longevity, meeting the stringent requirements for
safe transportation and handling.
Base Frame
Theooringofthecontainerwillbecomposedofvepiecesoft4.0checkplate,providingadurableand
slip-resistantsurfaceforecientcargohandlingandsecureloading.
Flooring
The rear frame of the container comprises several components that are welded together to create the door-
way:
Door Sill: The door sill is constructed using a 4.0 mm thick pressed open section steel, reinforced by
fourinternalgussetslocatedatthebackofeachlockingcamkeeperposition.Toensureeectivedrain-
age, the upper face of the door sill features a 10 mm slope.
Rear Corner Post: Each rear corner post is fabricated using a combination of components. The outer
part consists of a 6.0 mm thick pressed steel section, while the inner part is made of a 40x113x12 mm
