9. The Nozzle Set
Thenozzlesetofthereextinguishingsystemisdesignedtoensureeectiveanduniformdistributionofthe
gas extinguishing agent.
Even Distribution: The carefully arranged nozzles guarantee an even dispersal of the gas extinguishing
agentthroughouttheprotectedareaafterspraying.Thisdesignensuresthatthesuppressantiseec-
tivelydeliveredtoallpartsofthespace,maximizingitsresuppressioncapabilities.
Comprehensive Placement: To provide comprehensive coverage, the nozzles are strategically posi-
tionedintwokeylocations.Theyareinstalledontheceilinglayertoaddressresituationsthatmay

10. System Pipe Network
Independent Pipe Networks: In large protection areas, two or more sets of independent pipe networks
areinstalled.Thiscongurationprovidesredundancyandenhancessystemreliability.Additionally,sepa-
ratecollectionpipesandreextinguishingagentbottlegroupsareallocatedforeachnetwork.Theow
rate of nozzles on each pipe network is carefully designed to achieve the same extinguishing concen-
trationandsprayingtime,ensuringconsistentandeectiveresuppressionthroughouttheprotected
area.
Balanced System Design: The system network is meticulously engineered to be as balanced as possi-
ble. This involves carefully sizing and distributing pipes, valves, and nozzles to achieve uniform pressure
andowratesacrossthenetwork.Abalancedsystemdesignensuresthattheextinguishingagentis
evenlydistributedandthatthesystemoperatesoptimally,maximizingitsresuppressioncapabilities.
High-Quality Seamless Steel Pipes: To convey the gas extinguishing agent, high-quality seamless steel
pipesareutilized.Thesepipescomplywiththecurrentnationalstandards,suchas"SeamlessSteelPipe
forFluidConveying"(GB/T8163)and"SeamlessSteelPipeforHigh-pressureBoiler"(GB5310).Theuseof
seamless steel pipes ensures durability, corrosion resistance, and compliance with industry standards,
guaranteeingtheintegrityandeectivenessofthereextinguishingsystem.
Suitable Pipe Connections: For pipe connections, threaded connections are used when the nominal di-
ameter is equal to or less than 80mm, ensuring a secure and reliable joint. For larger diameters exceed-
ing100mm,angeconnectionsareemployed.Theseconnectionmethodsproviderobustandleak-free
connections, maintaining the integrity of the system and facilitating easy maintenance and inspection.
