6 ASSEMBLY, DISASSEMBLY AND TRANSPORT
6.1 MACHINE ASSEMBLY
When the machine is installed, it shall be equipped with enough qualified installation
operators, including a chief commander and a safety supervisor. All operating personnel must
obey his command and take unified actions to ensure safe production.
The machine should be installed and adjusted in the inspected and disposed construction
site, and the ground should be smooth and solid.(Please refer to “1.7.3 matters needing attention
during assembly and decomposition” for site requirements).
The “5 drilling operation” can only be carried out after the completion of “machine
installation”.
6.1.1 Upper/Under-carriage Assembly Installation (Case of disassembly of
upper/ under-carriage)
1 Lift under-carriage onto the open, flat, and solid ground, and tracks extend to the maximum
distance.
2 Hoist upper-carriage smoothly and adjust the direction of platform so that left and right
sides of the platform are parallel to the crawler.
3 Rotate the swing bearing of the undercarriage to make the bolt hole aim at the marked bolt
hole of the upper-carriage.
4 Lower the platform of the upper-carriage slowly and adjust its direction to plug the reductor
gear into the position of swing bearing, then lower it continuously till the outer circle of the
swing bearing is plugged into the hole of its installation seat steadily.
5 Rotate the upper-carriage slowly to align the marked center of bolt holes of upper carriage
and undercarriage.
6 Install all the bolts of the swing bearing to its max. Tightening torque is 290N.m.
7 Assemble the oil tubes of the upper-carriage onto the hydraulic swing joints.
8 Plug in the lock pin for the upper carriage and undercarriage.
