During storage, check parts regularly, especially pipes, hoses and bolts connection for any
leakage or damage.
If damaged, eliminate that by authorized professional personnel.
Machine part and the container with capacity over than 20 L (5.3 gallon) are only allowed to
store on paved ground. (concrete or constructed as road). If the unpaved ground is the only
choice, oil and fuel should not be dropped on that.
10.3 NOTE FOR MACHINE CLEANNESS
Cover all inlets to prevent detergent, water or vapor entering, before cleaning equipment
with that. Especially, electrical parts, such as electrical box and electromotor.
Only allow to clean with special equipment on special ground where harmful liquids can’t
penetrate into.
After cleanness, check device/equipment components, especially fuel pipeline and engine oil
line. The confirmed failures should be solved.
10.4 MACHINE SHUT-DOWN
Details about machine shut-down, please see “Machine Storage”.
1Stop the equipment.
2Switch off the power supply.
3Remove running media, lubrication material and attachment.
4Shut down the machine.
10.5 MACHINE DISASSEMBLY
Preconditions
The machine is shut down and cleaned.
1Disassemble the equipment and place each part onto suitable surface.
2Disassemble the steel structure which needs to be disassembled destructively by gas-cutting
or other suitable methods.
3Disassemble the part and classify the material separately.
4The machine has been disassembled completely.
