10.6 WASTE DISPOSAL
Local laws and regulations should be observed when handling the components waste. Besides,
the reusability, detachability and decomposability of the material should be taken into
consideration, such as environment hazards and health hazard when recycling and disposing the
waste.
10.6.1 Waste Disposal for Running Material, Lubrication Material and
Auxiliary Material
Running materials, lubrication materials and auxiliary materials is only allowed to be placed
and marked in suitable container separately. These materials should be disposed as special
garbage, which should be handled by professional companies in accordance with current laws
and regulations.
For environment-friendly use, mineral oil should not be mixed with following materials:
– Fuel(such as gas, diesel and fuel oil)
– Antifreeze
– Brake fluid
– Plant oil
– Ethylene Glycol Base Oil
– Detergent, chemicals and emulsified liquid
– Halogen products, chlorine hydride and polychlorinated biphenyl
Ester group synthesis of hydraulic oil (biodegradable oil) normally can be disposed together
with waste mineral oil after communicating with waste plant.
Make sure to protect container storing with waste oil to prevent rain.
Never dispose waste oil, antifreeze, brake fluid, detergent, fuel, chemicals, emulsified liquid
and halogen products into soil, river and sewer. All these liquid material should be transported
to waste plant to dispose.
10.6.2 Waste Disposal for Metal Parts and Plastic Parts
Different recycling procedures or waste disposal procedures should be carried out for different
metal parts and plastic parts.
10.6.3 Waste Disposal for Electrical Engineering and Electrical Components
Different recycling procedures or waste disposal procedures should be carried out for different
electrical engineering and electrical components.
