6.2 MACHINE TRANSPORT
WarningRisk of accidents
Accidents may be caused by illegal operations, in which may result in personal injury or death.
Thus, please read and understand all the safety contents in the first chapter before operation.
6.2.1 Transport Rules
During transport, all local laws and regulations should be read and understood at first to choose
a suitable transport method; The transport company should be told all required size, weight and
journey distance before transporting as a whole or in parts.
Drivers of the transport company should check and ensure the equipment or attachments are
tying down tightly before transport.
When tying down as requirements, all information for the installation personnel should be
complete.
Don’t deposit the attached accessories to the place where may block public traffic or the traffic
at the construction area. Besides, make sure there’ll no danger caused by accidents or not
allowed conditions.
Park the transport vehicle on firm level ground to load or unload the machine.
Keep the loaded or unloaded machine level with the loading surface of the vehicle, so as to
create a slope as flat as possible.
Keep the loading/unloading surface of transport vehicle on level without ice, snow or slurry, on
which pave suitable anti-skid mat.
Make sure the loading surface of transport vehicle is big enough. If necessary, take proper
measures to extend the width with suitable plate.
Choose a suitable ramp for the transport vehicle. Pay attention to the maximum allowed loading
capacity and ramp angle. Besides, the loading ramp should be matched with the machine
tumbler distance.
When loading or unloading, extend the support leg of the transport vehicle (if equipped).
