2.3.4 Power System
Engine system supplies power for whole machine. The engine is installed on the machine
to form the power system (as FIG. 2-8), which mainly includes the engine system, main pump
system, intake system, cooling system, the fuel line system, carbamide tank and pipeline system.

The product adopts Yanmar Engine 4TNV98CT, and the emission satisfies the standard of
EU Stage V, EPA T4F, and Japanese standard. Engine power performance is superior, fuel
consumption is low. It can match the hydraulic pump accurately, the power output is strong, the
machine work efficiency is high.

The post-processing system includes DOC and DPF. The work principle is that the exhaust
gas from engine is oxidized and catalyzed through DOC. And DPF reacts with particles after
collection, so as to purify the exhaust gas.
DOC is the diesel oxidation catalyst. It oxidizes some part of NO into NO2 to improve the
reaction rate of SCR (selective catalytic reduction). It also can oxidize HC to CO2, so as to
