• Install the spark plug.

CLUTCH RELEASE ADJUSTMENT
• Temporarily install the gear shift lever.
• Loosen the clutch release outer guide nuts 1.
• Loosen the locknut 2.
• Turn the adjusting screw 3 clockwise until it stops.
• Check that the gearshift lever plays A, up and down, are
same. If not, set the clutch release outer guide in suitable
position.
• Fix the clutch release outer guide by tightening the clutch
release outer guide nuts 1.
• Loosen the locknut 4.
• Rotate the adjusting screw 5 clockwise until it stops.
• Rotate the adjusting screw 5 1/16 – 1/8 turn back.
• Tighten the locknut 4 by holding the adjuster.
Locknut 4: 23 N·m (2.3 kgf-m, 16.5 lb-ft)
• Apply SUZUKI SUPER GREASE “A” to the O-ring and install
the clutch adjuster cap.
