PISTON
• Remove the piston by removing the piston pin circlip 1.
NOTE:
Place a rag under the piston so as not to drop the piston pin cir-
clip into the crankcase.
ENGINE BOTTOM SIDE
NEUTRAL SWITCH
• Remove the neutral switch.
• Remove the springs and pins.
STARTER CUP
• Remove the starter cup nut by using a suitable bar.
• Remove the starter cup.
SECONDARY DRIVEN BEVEL GEAR
• Remove the secondary driven bevel gear cover.
• Remove the secondary driven bevel gear assembly 1.
