Suzuki Ozark - Remounting

CHASSIS 7-9
REMOUNTING
Remount the exterior parts in the reverse order of removal. Pay
attention to the following points:
REAR CARRIER
• Apply THREAD LOCK SUPER “1303” and “1322” to the rear
carrier mounting bolts 1.
99000-32030: THREAD LOCK SUPER “1303” (USA)
99000-32110: THREAD LOCK SUPER “1322” (Others)
• Tighten the rear carrier mounting bolts to the specified torque.
 Rear carrier mounting bolt (M8) 1:
28 N·m (2.8 kgf-m, 20.5 lb-ft)
Rear carrier mounting nut (M10) 2:
55 N·m (5.5 kgf-m, 40.0 lb-ft)
FOOTREST
• Apply THREAD LOCK “1342” to the bolts A and tighten each
bolt to the specified torque.
99000-32050: THREAD LOCK “1342”
 Footrest mounting bolt A: 55 N·m (5.5 kgf-m, 40.0 lb-ft)
Footrest mounting bolt B: 26 N·m (2.6 kgf-m, 19.0 lb-ft)
