REMOUNTING AND REMOUNTING
FRONT AND REAR WHEELS
Remount the wheels in the reverse order of removal. Pay atten-
tion to the following points:
• Tighten the wheel set nuts to the specified torque.
 Front and rear wheel set nut:
50 N·m (5.0 kgf-m, 36.0 lb-ft)
NOTE:
When installing each wheel, make sure the arrow A on the tire
points in the direction of rotation.
FRONT WHEEL HUB
• Apply SUZUKI SUPER GREASE “A” to the hub bearing and
the lip of the dust seals before installing them.
 99000-25030: SUZUKI SUPER GREASE “A” (USA)
99000-25010: SUZUKI SUPER GREASE “A” (Others)
• Install the hub bearings and spacer into the front wheel hub.
 09913-70210: Bearing installer set
09924-84510: Bearing installer set
NOTE:
Install the inner bearing 1 and the spacer 2 first, and then
install the outer bearing 3. Make sure the sealed side of the
bearing faces the bearing installer.
