SPARK ARRESTER
• Remove the bolt 1.
• Extract the spark arrester pipe 2 from the muffler.
• Clean the spark arrester pipe 2 by brush.
• Reinstall the spark arrester pipe 2.
CLUTCH
• Remove the clutch adjuster cap bolt 1.
NOTE:
Adjust the clutch release, when the engine is cold.
• Loosen the locknut 2.
• First loosen the release screw 3 and then tighten the release
screw 3 until resistance is felt.
• From that position, loosen the release screw – turn, and
tighten the locknut 2 while holding the release screw 3.
• Apply engine oil to the O-ring lightly.
• Tighten the clutch adjuster cap bolt.
Clean every 6 months.
Only clean the spark arrester in an open area away
from combustible materials. Exhausted hot carbon
particles can start a fire.
Adjust every 6 months.
