7-36 CHASSIS
REMOVAL
• Remove the front fender and center cover. (7-5)
• Remove the master cylinder assembly from the handlebars.

• Remove the throttle lever case 1.
• Disconnect the rear brake cable 2 and remove the handlebar
switch 3.
• Loosen the locknut and remove the reverse lock release
cable 4 from the handlebars.
• Remove the steering head cover 5.
• Remove the ignition switch 6 and indicators 7 from the
steering head cover.
• Remove the clamps 8.
• Remove the handlebars 9.
