• Remove the left crankcase bolts.
• Remove the right crankcase bolts.
• Separate the crankcase with the special tool.
NOTE:
* The crankcase separator plate is parallel with the end face of
the crankcase.
* The crankshaft must remain in the left crankcase half.

OIL SUMP FILTER
• Remove the oil sump filter 1.
DRIVE TRAIN/GEARSHIFT CAM
• Remove the reverse idle gear 1.
