• Remove the air vent hoses 1, overflow hoses 2 fuel hose

• Loosen the screws and remove the carburetor float chamber
5.
• Remove the float pin 6 and floats 7.
• Remove the jet holder 8.
• Remove the needle valve ass’y 9.
• Remove the main jet 0, and slow jet A.
• Remove the starter knob B.
• Remove the pilot screw C and throttle stop screw D .
