Check reserve tank
y Remove the front cover, and then remove
reserve tank filler cap.
y Check the liquid level in the front fender right
side. Add coolant to proper level if too low.
y Reinstall the reserve tank filler cap.
Caution
The reserve tank liquid level coca too is not high,
after avoids the water temperature elevating, in
the cooling system the refrigerant backflow
floods.
Radiator
Check
Remove the front cover, front under cover and
front fender
(refer chapter 13), check for any
leakage from weld seam.
Remove the front under cover.
Blow radiator clean using compressed air. If the
radiator is blocked by dirt, use low pressure water
jet to clean it.
Care shall be taken when straightening the sink
fan.
Removal
Coolant leakage
Sets at a vessel underneath the water pump,
dismantles the drain bolt to leak off in the cooling
system refrigerant.
Remove the front cover, front under cover and
front fender.
