To remove the toothed wheels on the crank:
6. Back off the 3 screws g using a 4-
mm hex
wrench.
7. Back off the 2 screws h using a 6-
mm hex
wrench.
8. Back off the 2 screws i using a 5-m
m hex
wrench..
During reassembly, lock down the
screws “g” using a torque wrench set,
for 11 Nm, applying also some drops of
loctite.
During reassembly, lock down the
screws “h” and “i” using a torque
wrench set 22 Nm.

During reassembly, mount the belt
tension cam on the hole in accordance
with the letters on the inside of the
crank: “D” indicates the crank mounted
on the right side, and “S” the crank
mounted on the left side of the machine
To reassemble the crank, carry out the above
steps in reverse order.
During reassembly, follow the procedure
at paragraph 8.5. “Phase of the crank”
to place properly the crank assembly.
