7.7. DISASSEMBLING THE LEVERS

1. Back off the screws a
using a medium
Phillips screwdriver and remove the upper
casing.
2. Back off the 2 screws b using a 3-
mm hex
wrench.
During reassembly, lock down the
screws “b” using a torque wrench set for
3 Nm and place the shorter screw where
indicated by the arrow.

3. Back off the nut c using a 13-mm wrench.
4. Back off the screw d using a 6-
mm hex
wrench.
During reassembly, lock down the screw
“d” using a torque wrench set for 31
Nm.

5. Pull out the threaded pin e using the screw f,
supplied with in the tool set of the machine:
• Screw the bolt f in the top side of the pin;
• Lock down the screw d
from the bottom
until it comes into contact with screw f,
pushing pin e out of its seat.
6. Remove the lever from the joint.
