M ANUAL M OTOR C ONTROLS
The Manual Motor Controls are a set of tools designed to help you test and
exercise your ClearPath-EC motors without a Master and without writing
code. Manual Controls allow you to:
x Enable, disable, and E-stop motors
x Manually jog motors
x Run profiled moves (single, repeating back-and-forth, or
repeating in the same direction)
x Clear exceptions
x Modify main torque limit settings
Enable/Disable
Click to enable or
disable the motor.
Move Type Selector
Choose from Single
Move, Back and Forth,
Repeating Move, and
Constant Velocity.
Clear
Exceptions
Main Torque
Limit Setup
Jerk Limit Controls (RAS)
Jog Parameters
Set jog velocity and
acceleration here.
Motor Selector
Select any motor listed
here to make it the current
“Active Motor”.
Move Parameters
Set desired velocity,
acceleration, etc. for
Move Generator.
Start Move
Click (+) to start move cycle
in CCW direction. Click (-) to
start move in CW direction.
Stop Move
Single click stops motion
after move completes.
Double click stops motion
immediately.
Jog Buttons
Click and hold to jog
in (+) or (-) direction.
Fast Jog Buttons
Click and hold to
jog at 5x the current
velocity parameter.
E-stop Button
Click to immediately
E-stop all motors on
the current port.
