a. Set:

b. Use the
CH 1 POSITION control to center the base line vertically
and the Horizontal
POSITION control to align the start of the trace
with the
Ist vertical graticule line.
c. Using the
CURSORS control and SELECT C1lC2 (push in the
CURSORS control knob) switch, select one of the two cursors and
set it exactly on the
2nd vertical graticule line. Select the other cursor
and move it towards the right until the
AT readout displays
0.800 ms.
d. CHECK - Graticule indication of cursor difference at the loth verti-
cal graticule line is within
0.1 6 division.
e. Set the
CH 1 AC-GND-DC switch to DC.
f. Select 0.1 ms time markers from the time-mark generator.
g. Align the
2"d time marker with the 2"d vertical graticule line using the
Horizontal
POSITION control.
h. Press in the
SAVEICONT button to select SAVE for a stable display.
i.
Use the CURSORS control and SELECT C1lC2 (push in the CUR-
SORS
control knob) switch to set the first cursor on the trailing edge
of the
2nd time marker.
j.
Press in the CURSORS control knob again to activate the second
cursor.
