It is also possible to pass again and to move to the opposite direction again in order to
define a new inflection point, which will be compared to the first one. This step can be
repeated as often as you want until the pressure on the probe is stopped.

12.13 Bore

dynamic mode
(MH)
Bores or axes cannot be measured in mode ST1 with a manual MICRO-HITE, as it
requires probing in two directions. Therefore, mode ST2 is required.
Once in mode ST2 , it is important to verify that the option of probing with two contacts
has been correctly selected (for further details, see this chapter). Then proceed as
explained here for each upper and lower culmination point.
12.14 Culmination
point (MH+M)
On the MICRO-HITE+M, the type of measurement of the culmination point is intrinsically
defined by the selected keyboard action. The software knows the nature of the point to be
measured from the selected process:
Minimum internal culmination point
Maximum internal culmination point
Minimum external culmination point
Maximum external culmination point
Bore
Axis
The dynamic mode is the only mode defining the process to determine
culmination points with a motorised height gauge. It is the workpiece
