These instruments have two input options: fiber coupled and free-space. It is not possible to use both input
options at the same time. By default, we provide an FC/PC receptacle for the fiber input, but other receptacles
can be requested at the time of the order.

5.1. Table Mounting when Using the Free-Space Input
Place the OSA on a flat and stable surface, preferably an optical table. If the free-space input is to be used, it
is recommended to use two Thorlabs CF175 clamping forks on the mounting feet to secure the OSA to the
optical table and reduce any vibrations that might interfere with the measurements.
