Install
In the reverse order of the “removal”
procedures
Note the following.
1. Lubricate：
· External surface of the bearing
Basic grease
2. Install:
· Brake base plate
· Half axle assembly of rear axle
· Bolt ⑥
· Spring ⑦
· Nut ⑧
Tightening torque
22N·m (16.2 ft·1b)
3. Install:
· Half axle outer tube of rear axle
· Bolt ④
Tightening torque
60N·m (44.3 ft·1b)
4. Install
· Brake shoe ⑤
· Upper tension spring ⑩
· Lower tension spring
