1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface,engagetheparkingbrake,setthekey
switchtotheOFFpositionandremovethekeyfromtheswitch.
2.Removeanyrearattachmentandsupporttherearattachmentframe.
3.CarefullydisconnecttheextensionspringfromtheRHliftarm.Discardthe
cotterpin.
4.ReadandadheretotheinformationprovidedinGeneralPrecautionsfor
RemovingandInstallingtheHydraulicSystemComponents(page5–46).
5.Cleantheareaaroundthehydraulichoseandttingconnections.
6.Disconnectthehydraulichosesfromthecylinder.Caporplugthe
disconnectedhydraulichosesandttingstopreventhydraulicsystem
contamination.
7.Removethecylinderpinandremovethecylinderformtherearframeof
themachine.
8.Ifnecessary,recordthelocationsandorientationsofthettingsforassembly
purposesthenremovethehydraulicttingsfromthecylinder.
9.RemoveanddiscardalltheO-ringsfromthehydraulichoses,andttings
thatweredisconnectedorremoved.
