RefertoFigure46forthisprocedure.
1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface,engagetheparkingbrake,setthekey
switchtotheOFFpositionandremovethekeyfromthekeyswitch.
2.Removetheoperator’scushion.
3.Removethefastenerssecuringthebottomofthecoolerassemblytothe
machineframe.
4.Removethefastenerssecuringthecoolercovertothefanshroudand
removethecoolercover.
5.Drainthehydraulicreservoir;refertothetractionunitOperator’sManual.
6.Cleantheareaaroundthehydraulichoseandttingconnectionsthen
disconnectorremovethehydraulichosesfromthecooler.Caporplug
thedisconnectedhydraulictubesandttingstopreventhydraulicsystem
contamination.
7.Removethefastenerscompressingtherubberclampsandremovethe
coolerfromthefanshroud.
8.Removethehydraulicttingsfromthecoolerifnecessaryanddiscardthe
ttingO-rings.
