removethemanifoldassemblyfromthemachine.
8.Ifnecessary,recordthelocationsandorientationsofthettingsforassembly
purposesthenremovethehydraulicttingsfromthemanifold.
9.RemoveanddiscardalltheO-ringsfromthehydraulichoses,andttings
thatweredisconnectedorremoved.
InstallingtheLaserLevelControlManifold
RefertoFigure63forthisprocedure.
1.LubricatenewO-ringsandplacethemontothetting.Ifpreviouslyremoved,
installthettingstothemanifold;refertoInstallingtheHydraulicFittings
(SAEStraightThreadO-RingFittings)(page5–10).
2.Installthemanifoldtothebracketwiththepreviouslyremovedfasteners.
3.Removethecapsandplugsfromthettingsandhoses.Properlyconnect
thehydrauliclinestothemanifold;refertoInstallingHydraulicHosesand
Tubes(O-RingFaceSealFitting)(page5–8).
4.Connectthewireharnessconnectorstothecartridgevalvecoils.
5.Checkthehydraulicuidlevelandadjustifnecessary;refertothetraction
unitOperator’sManual.
6.Operatethemachine,checkforandcorrectanyhydraulicleaksifnecessary
beforereturningthemachinetoservice.
