Thehighowhydrauliclterkitisdesignedwith
largeow(150L/minuteor40gallons/minute)and
highpressure(344baror5,000psi)capabilities.
Thiskitprovidesforbidirectionalltrationwhich
preventsunwantedmaterialfromenteringintothe
circuitregardlessoftheowdirection.
Ifacomponentfailureoccursintheclosedloop
tractioncircuit,contaminationfromthedamaged
partwillremaininthecircuituntilyouremoveit.
Installahighowhydraulic-uidlterintothecircuit
whenyouconnectthehydraulictestgaugesin
ordertotestthetractioncircuitcomponentsorafter
youreplaceafailedtractioncircuitcomponent
(e.g.,pistonpumporwheelmotor).Thislter
removescontaminationfromthehydraulicuidin
thetractioncircuit,therebypreventingadditional
componentdamage.
ThekitincludesSAEO-ringbasestraightthread
toORFS(O-ringfaceseal)ttings.InstallSAE
straightthreadO-ringbasetoBSPttingswhen
usingBSPhydraulichoses.Thiskitdoesnot
includeanyhydraulichoses.
