D.Securethestopboltandnuttothemountplate.Tightentheangenut
from43to51N∙m(32to38ft-lb).
E.Releasethetensionerarm.
2.Applymediumstrengththreadlockingcompound(Loctite243orequivalent)
tothepreviouslyremovedfastenersandsecurethetensionerassembly
andmuferbrackettotheengine.Tightenthefastenersfrom43to51N∙m
(32to38ft-lb).
3.Installtheenginepulley:
A.Cleantheengineoutputshaftandapplyathiscoatingofanti-seize
lubricanttotheshaft.
B.Fitthesquarekeytotheoutputshaftandinstallthepulleywiththehub
outward.
C.Useastraightedgetoaligntheenginepulleywiththehydraulicpump
pulleys.
D.Applymediumstrengththreadlockingcompound(Loctite243or
equivalent)tothesetscrewsandsecuretheenginepulleytotheoutput
shaft.Tightenthesetscrewsfrom15to20N∙m(136to184in-lb).
