Whentheliftortiltanglesystemisidle(controlleverisintheNEUTRALposition)

thecontrolvalve,theuidcooler,andthereturnlterbeforereturningtothe
hydraulicreservoir.
RaisingandLoweringtheCenterLiftCircuit
WhenthecenterliftcontrolleverismovedtotheRAISEposition,thecontrol
valveopensapathforthegearpumphydraulicowtoextendthecenterlift
cylinder.WhenthecenterliftcontrolleverismovedtotheLOWERposition,the
controlvalveopensapathforthegearpumphydraulicowtoretractthecenter
liftcylinder.Cylinderspeedisregulatedinbothdirectionsbyrestrictingtheuid
returningfromthecylinder.ThehydraulicttingsusedintheA1andB1portsof
thecontrolvalveincludeacontroloriceandacheckvalve.Centerliftcircuit
pressureislimitedto6000kPa(870psi)byreliefvalve(RV1)intheliftcontrol
valve.Acheckvalveineachliftcircuitofthecontrolvalvepreventthecylinder
frommovingintheoppositedirectionthancommandedifthesystempressureis
lowerthanthepressurerequiredtomovethecylinderwhenitisrstactuated.
UsingtheTiltAngleCircuit(Optional)
WhenthetiltanglecontrolleverismovedtotheFORWARDposition,thecontrol
valveopensapathforthegearpumphydraulicowtoretractthetiltangle
cylinder.WhenthetiltanglecontrolleverismovedtotheBACKWARDposition,
thecontrolvalveopensapathforthegearpumphydraulicowtoextendthetilt
anglecylinder.Cylinderspeedisregulatedinbothdirectionsbyrestrictingthe
uidowtothecylinder.ThehydraulicttingsusedintheA2andB2portsof
thecontrolvalveincludeacontrolorice.Centerliftcircuitpressureislimitedto
6000kPa(870psi)byreliefvalve(RV1)intheliftcontrolvalve.
