6.11 Adjustment of Developer Unit
None of the doctor-sleeve gap, drum sleeve gap and developer sleeve pole position needs to be
adjusted.
(4) Tighten the screw that temporarily screwed.
In this step check the Mylar attached before
the separation roller because the roller life
may become shorter if this Mylar is scraped
and worn.
Reference value of distance C (from the
edge of the plate to that of the Mylar):
7.9±0.2 mm
* If the distance C is 7.0 mm or shorter, the
Mylar must be replaced.
