What to do if the chamber pressure is not in range in Tuttnauer Laboratory Equipment?
If the chamber pressure of your Tuttnauer Laboratory Equipment is not within the normal range, wait until the chamber reaches the normal range pressure.
What does Canceled By User mean on Tuttnauer 5050 Laboratory Equipment and how to solve it?
If your Tuttnauer Laboratory Equipment displays 'Canceled By User', wait until 'cycle failed – canceled by user' or 'cycle end – canceled by user' is displayed. Then, perform a new cycle.
What does Compressed air supply error mean on Tuttnauer 5050 Laboratory Equipment and how to solve it?
The 'Compressed air supply error' message on your Tuttnauer Laboratory Equipment indicates a malfunction in the compressed air supply. Check and fix the compressed air supply.
What does 'Low Pressure' mean on my Tuttnauer 5050 and how do I fix it?
If your Tuttnauer Laboratory Equipment displays a 'Low Pressure' message, it indicates that the chamber pressure dropped below the sterilization pressure (134°C = 304 kPa, 121°C = 205 kPa) for 2 seconds during the sterilization stage. This can also be caused by leaking solenoid valves. First, perform a new cycle. If the problem continues, clean or replace the faulty solenoid valves.
What does 'High Pressure' mean on my Tuttnauer 5050 Laboratory Equipment and how do I resolve it?
If your Tuttnauer Laboratory Equipment displays a 'High Pressure' message, it means the chamber pressure rose 4.2 psi-29 kPa above the sterilization pressure (134°C = 304 kPa, 121°C = 205 kPa) for 2 seconds during the sterilization stage. This can be due to the heating element working continuously or the system not being calibrated. First, perform a new cycle. If the problem persists, the solid-state relay may be faulty, or the system may need calibration.
What does 'High Pressure (Ending)' mean on my Tuttnauer Laboratory Equipment and how can I fix it?
If your Tuttnauer Laboratory Equipment displays a 'High Pressure (Ending)' message, it means the system couldn't reach atmospheric pressure ± 10kPa during the ending stage. This could be due to the heating element working continuously, the system not being calibrated, a water to coil valve not receiving command because of a faulty connection or a faulty I.O. board, or a faulty water to coil valve. First, perform a new cycle. If the problem persists, the solid-state relay may be faulty, the system may need calibration, fix the connection, replace the faulty I.O. board, or replace the faulty valve.
Why is my Tuttnauer Steriliser printer not working?
If the Tuttnauer Steriliser printer isn't printing, it could be due to a couple of reasons. First, check if there is paper inserted in the printer. If there's no obvious reason, switch the machine off and then back on to restart it.
What to do if the printer does not print on my Tuttnauer Laboratory Equipment?
If the printer on your Tuttnauer Laboratory Equipment is not printing, several issues could be the cause. First, ensure that the paper roll is inserted correctly into the printer. If there is still no printing, try switching the machine off and then back on to restart it. If the printer's LED is on, the printer may be faulty and require replacement. Also, check the 24V input to the printer; if there is no input, there may be a discontinuity between the power supply and the printer, or the power supply itself may be faulty. In such cases, fix the discontinuity or replace the power supply.
What to do if after pressing I Key no response in Tuttnauer 5050?
If there is no response after pressing the I Key on your Tuttnauer Laboratory Equipment: * Turn off the autoclave and restart the power. * Replace the control system.
What to do if Tuttnauer Laboratory Equipment displays a Time Error?
If your Tuttnauer Laboratory Equipment displays a 'Time Error', it means the real-time clock is faulty. Call a technician.
