Thermostat lost
• The room controller is having problem communicating with the
thermostat.
Force the thermostat to transmit by changing the temperature
setpoint.
If the problem persists:
-
The thermostat is out of range. Try to find a new position
for the thermostat and/or the room controller antenna, or, if
possible, move any shielding objects
-
New installations in building shield radio signals (for
example, metal door safe). Try to find a new position for
the thermostat and/or the room controller antenna, or, if
possible, move the shielding object
-
Low radio signal detected (sporadic communication with
the connected unit). The transmitter is working with
reduced signal intensity
-
The transmitter in the thermostat is faulty. Replace the
thermostat
Thermostat battery level low
• The thermostat battery power is running low.
Replace the batteries.
Thermostatic head lost
• The room controller is having problem communicating with the
thermostatic head.
Force the thermostatic head to transmit by changing the
temperature setpoint at the room thermostat. Wait a couple of
minutes, and make sure the thermostatic head shows (use the
</> buttons) the same setpoint as the thermostat.
If the problem persists:
-
The thermostatic head is out of range. Try to find a new
position for the room controller antenna
-
New installations in building shield radio signals (for
example, metal door safe). Try to find a new position for
the room controller antenna, or, if possible, move the
shielding object
-
Low radio signal detected (sporadic communication with
the connected unit). The transmitter is working with
reduced signal intensity
-
The transmitter in the thermostatic head is faulty. Replace
the thermostatic head
Low radio signal
• Low radio signal detected (sporadic communication with the
connected unit).
This may be due to one of the following probable causes:
-
The thermostat/thermostatic head is out of range
-
New installations in building shield radio signals (for
example, metal door safe)
-
The transmitter is working with reduced signal intensity
-
The transmitter in the thermostat/thermostatic head is
faulty
Solutions
-
Force the thermostat/thermostatic head to transmit by
changing the temperature setpoint.
For thermostatic heads the setpoint must be changed on
the room thermostat. Wait a couple of minutes, and make
sure the thermostatic head shows (use the </> buttons)
the same setpoint as the thermostat.
-
Try to find a new position for the thermostat and/or the
antenna, or, if possible, move the shielding object
-
If nothing else works, replace the thermostat/thermostatic
head.
Room controller lost (master room controller)
• Communication failure with the room controller. The room
controller LED is flashing red.
-
Make sure the room controller is powered on.
-
Make sure that the communication cable between
communication module and room controller is connected,
and not damaged.
-
Restart the controller and communication module if a
factory reset of the communication module has been
performed (unplug and plug in the controller from the wall
socket).
Otherwise contact the installer.
Room controller lost (sub room controller)
• Communication failure with the room controller.
-
Make sure the room controller is powered on.
-
Make sure that the antenna is connected to the room
controller is connected, and not damaged.
-
Try registering the sub room controller to the master room
controller again.
Otherwise contact the installer.
Communication error with communication module
• There is an communication error with the communication
module. The room controller LED is flashing red.
-
Restart the controller and communication module (unplug
and plug in the controller from the wall socket) and try
again.
