17.5 Thermostatic head alarms/
problems
An alarm is sent when more than 1 hours have elapsed since the
room controller received the last radio signal from the thermostatic
head.

• The thermostatic head valve stroke calibration has not been
performed correctly.

Install the thermostatic head on a radiator an make sure
the valve stroke calibration is performed correctly. An
Adaptor might be needed if the actuator does not reach
the vavle pin.
The display is off
• The batteries are discharged or wrong type of batteries are used

Replace the batteries
• The batteries are installed upside down (reverse polarity)

• The battery protection sticker is not removed

Alarms shown in Uponor Smatrix PULSE app
If an alarm is triggered, it will be shown as an alert in the Uponor
Smatrix PULSE app. Information about, and possible solutions are
presented in the app. If connected to Uponor cloud services, the
mobile phone will also receive the alarm as a push notification.
