If your room temperature doesn't match the thermostat's setpoint and the actuators are cycling on and off at regular intervals, it might be because the heating fallback function has activated due to a lost connection with the thermostat. Here's what you should do: * Check the connection to the room thermostat. * Check the batteries in the room thermostat. * Check the Uponor Smatrix PULSE app (requires communication module) for an error indicating that a thermostat has lost connection. * Reconnect if the connection is lost.
