Connect Comfort/ECO (requires
communication module)

behind secured 230 V AC covers must be carried out
under the supervision of a qualified electrician.
Note
This connection requires a dry contact sensing input in
the other unit.
Note
This relay function requires a communication module,
and must be set in Installer settings during initial
configuration, or in the System settings menu.
Note
In systems with a communication module, make sure that
relay module, relay 2, is set to Comfort/ECO in Installer
settings.
When the relay is closed the external component is set to ECO.
1. Ensure that the power is disconnected from both the relay
module and the other unit.
2. Connect the cable to/from the other unit to the connector 2A and
2B on the relay module.

The relay is closed when the Uponor Smatrix system is set to ECO.
The ventilation must be setup to lower its speed when the input is
closed (ECO), and to switch back when the input is opened again
(Comfort).
1. Ensure that the power is disconnected from both the relay
module and the ventilation unit.
2. Connect the cable to/from the ventilation unit to the connector
2A and 2B on the relay module.
