When you are finished making the settings:

Service
The time during which the external call forward mode (time) is
active.
• Valid choices are Never, Day, Evening, and Always.
• The default is Always.
Talk Time
The length of time you want the system to allow talk times for
external call forward calls.
• Valid options are 5, 10, 20, 30, 60, and 120 minutes.
• The default is 5 minutes.
