Speaker Hear the other party during a call without using the handset or headset (Speaker
Mode). NOTE: ViewPoint Call Monitor does not update speaker mode state
changes.

Handset Answer or place an internal or external call.

Hold Button Place a call on hold and keep the party connected while you hang up the handset
or use other phone features.

Scroll and Select Buttons Scroll through menu options and select items shown on the display (see page
5-27).

Display Provide information about what is happening on your phone. NOTE: ViewPoint
Call Monitor does not update offhook state changes.

End Call ( )Button Disconnect from the current call.

Callers List ( )Button Place a call to a number stored in your phone log of previous incoming calls.

Conf ( )Button Set up a call between multiple parties, both internal and external.

Options Button Access a list of configurable options (such as time & date, ring tone, and so forth.

Directory Button Access and dial names and numbers for speed dialing.
