Handset Answer or place an internal or external call.

Speaker Hear the other party during a call without using the handset or headset (Speaker
Mode).

Perform special phone functions (pre-programmed by the System
Administrator).

MUTE Button Prevent the distant party from hearing any conversation at your end.

SPEED Button Access/dial pre-programmed speed dial numbers

TRANS Button Place a call on hold while you dial the destination extension number when
transferring calls or creating conference calls.

VOLUME Up ()

Increase the volume of the speaker or the handset during a call.

VOLUME Down ()

Decrease the volume of the speaker or handset while on a call.

Microphone Speak to a caller when using the speaker instead of holding the handset.

HOLD Button Place a call on hold and keep the party connected while you hang up the handset
or use other phone features.

ON/OFF
Button Switch to Speaker mode to hear a caller instead of holding the handset.
Note: Flexible buttons must be assigned in ADMIN programming.
